Peanut Butter Chocolate Protein Bar Recipe 


Ingredients:

- 2 cups rolled oats

- 1/2 cup protein powder (chocolate flavor)

- 1/2 cup peanut butter

- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup

- 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips

- 1/4 cup chopped peanuts


Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8x8-inch baking dish with parchment paper.

2. Combine oats and protein powder in a bowl.

3. In a saucepan, melt peanut butter and honey together. Stir until smooth.

4. Mix the melted peanut butter mixture with the oats and protein powder. Stir in chocolate chips and chopped peanuts.

5. Press the mixture firmly into the dish.

6. Bake for 15-20 minutes. Allow to cool before slicing into bars.


Tips:

- Storage: Keep your granola bars in an airtight container. They will last up to a week at room temperature or longer if refrigerated.

- Mix-ins: Feel free to adjust mix-ins to your taste, such as adding different nuts or seeds.

- Press Firmly: Make sure to press the mixture down firmly in the dish to help the bars hold together.
