Nutty Chocolate Protein Bar Recipe
Ingredients:
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1/2 cup protein powder (chocolate flavor)
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/4 cup chopped peanuts
- 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup dried cherries (optional)
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8x8-inch dish with parchment paper.
2. Combine oats and protein powder in a large bowl.
3. In a saucepan, melt peanut butter and honey together. Stir until smooth.
4. Mix the melted peanut butter mixture with the dry ingredients. Stir in chopped peanuts, chocolate chips, and dried cherries if using.
5. Press the mixture firmly into the prepared dish.
6. Bake for 15-20 minutes. Cool before cutting into bars.
