1. Paleo Chocolate Chip Cookies Recipe


Ingredients:


1 cup almond flour

1/2 cup coconut oil, melted

1/4 cup honey

1/2 tsp baking soda

1/2 cup dark chocolate chips


Instructions:


1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

2. Mix all ingredients until combined.

3. Scoop onto a baking sheet and bake for approx 10-12 minutes or until done.



2. Coconut Flour Brownies Recipe


Ingredients:


1/2 cup coconut flour

1/2 cup cocoa powder

1/2 cup honey or maple syrup

1/2 cup coconut oil, melted

4 eggs

1/2 tsp baking soda

Pinch of salt


Instructions:


1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8x8 inch baking dish.

2. In a bowl, mix together coconut flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.

3. In another bowl, whisk together honey, melted coconut oil, and eggs until smooth.
