   - 2 hard-boiled eggs, sliced

   - Salt and pepper to taste

   - 1 tomato, sliced


   Directions:

   1. Spread the mashed avocado evenly on both slices of toasted bread.

   2. Layer with sliced hard-boiled eggs, spinach leaves, and tomato slices.

   3. Season with salt and pepper.

   4. Close the sandwich and enjoy!

   Ingredients:
