Ingredients:

1 lb ground beef

1 jar marinara sauce

9 no-boil lasagna noodles

15 oz ricotta cheese

2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 egg

2 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp dried basil

Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions:

1. Brown the ground beef in a skillet, then drain any excess fat.


2. In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese, egg, garlic powder, basil, salt, and pepper.


3. Spread a thin layer of marinara sauce at the bottom of the slow cooker.


4. Layer the no-boil lasagna noodles, breaking them to fit as needed.


5. Top with a layer of the ricotta mixture, followed by a layer of beef, sauce, mozzarella, and Parmesan.


6. Repeat the layers, finishing with a layer of cheese on top.


7. Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours or until the lasagna is heated through and the noodles are tender.

4. Top the noodles with a layer of ricotta cheese, then add spinach, zucchini, bell pepper, mozzarella, and Parmesan.


5. Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with a layer of cheese on top.
