Instructions:

1. Selecting Bones:

2. Roasting (Optional):

   - For enhanced flavor, roast the bones in the oven at 400°F (200°C) for about 30 minutes before starting the broth.


3. Preparation:

4. Water and Simmer:

   - Pour enough water to cover the ingredients (usually about 10-12 cups).

5. Skimming:

   - As it simmers, skim off any foam or impurities that rise to the surface.


6. Patience is a Virtue:

   - Let the broth simmer for at least 12 hours, but ideally 24-48 hours. Longer simmering extracts more nutrients.


7. Strain and Store:

   - Once ready, strain the broth through a fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth.

   - Store in glass jars or containers. Refrigerate for up to a week or freeze for longer storage.
