     - 1 medium onion, chopped

     - 2 cloves garlic, minced

     - 2 carrots, sliced

     - 2 celery stalks, sliced

     - 4 cups chicken broth

     - 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded

     - 1 cup cooked rice

     - 1 teaspoon dried thyme

     - Salt and pepper to taste

     - Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

   

Instructions:

     1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add onion and garlic, cooking until softened.

     2. Add carrots and celery, cooking for another 5 minutes.

     3. Pour in chicken broth and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.

     4. Add cooked chicken, rice, and thyme. Season with salt and pepper.

     5. Simmer for another 5 minutes until heated through. Garnish with parsley before serving.


2. Lemon Chicken Rice Soup Recipe 

   Ingredients:

     - 1 tablespoon olive oil

     - 1 onion, chopped

     - 2 cloves garlic, minced

     - 1 cup sliced mushrooms

     - 4 cups chicken broth

     - 1 cup cooked chicken, diced

     - 1 cup cooked rice

     - Juice and zest of 1 lemon

     - 1 teaspoon dried dill

     - Salt and pepper to taste

   

Instructions:

     1. Heat olive oil in a pot over medium heat. Add onion and garlic, cooking until softened.

     2. Add mushrooms and cook until tender.

     3. Pour in chicken broth and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.

     4. Add cooked chicken, rice, lemon juice, and zest. Stir in dill, salt, and pepper.

     5. Simmer for another 5 minutes. Serve hot with additional lemon wedges if desired.


3. Creamy Chicken Rice Soup Recipe 

   - Ingredients:

     - 1 tablespoon butter

     - 1 onion, chopped

     - 2 cloves garlic, minced

     - 1/4 cup all-purpose flour

     - 4 cups chicken broth

     - 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded

     - 1 cup cooked rice

     - 1 cup heavy cream

     - 1 teaspoon dried thyme

     - Salt and pepper to taste


   Instructions:

     1. Melt butter in a large pot over medium heat. Add onion and garlic, cooking until softened.

     2. Stir in flour and cook for 1-2 minutes.

     3. Gradually whisk in chicken broth, ensuring no lumps remain.

     4. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.

     5. Add cooked chicken, rice, and thyme. Stir in heavy cream and season with salt and pepper.

     6. Simmer for another 5 minutes until thickened. Serve warm.


4. Spicy Chicken Rice Soup Recipe

   - Ingredients:

     - 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

     - 1 onion, chopped

     - 2 cloves garlic, minced

     - 1 jalapeño, minced (seeds removed for less heat)

     - 4 cups chicken broth

     - 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded

     - 1 cup cooked rice

     - 1 teaspoon chili powder

     - 1/2 teaspoon cumin

     - Salt and pepper to taste

     - Fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)


   Instructions:

     1. Heat oil in a pot over medium heat. Add onion, garlic, and jalapeño, cooking until softened.

     2. Pour in chicken broth and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.

     3. Add cooked chicken, rice, chili powder, and cumin. Season with salt and pepper.

     4. Simmer for another 5 minutes. Garnish with cilantro before serving.
